職責描述：1. 根據教學內容、學生實際情況和學生的認識規律，精心設計教學程序；2. 耐心研究教學方法及課程內容、授課過程，根據教學大綱研究考試方向和考試知識點，定期舉行評教；3. 根據學生不同基礎、不同需求規劃學習方案；4. 及時了解學生成績及心理變化，適時調整和優化教學手段并做好課外輔導；5. 在授課期間適當組織測驗活動，檢驗學生接受輔導的成效，并做出教學質量分析；6. 參加本學科教研交流，研究和選擇先進的教學方法；任職資格:1. 全職中教：能使用中英語授課， 有國際學校相關教學經驗；2. 熟悉A-Level課程體系， 并有該體系下相關學科教學經驗尤佳；3. 本科及以上學歷；4. 英語六級；
